Ordering
As a rule, products are ordered from www.glimmeringdeepdesign.fi via the shopping cart.
All orders are confirmed by e-mail, stating the price of the order, delivery costs and the ordered products. To receive an order confirmation, you must provide an email address when ordering.
The customer agrees to the delivery terms valid for each order.
The customer is responsible for the correctness of the contact information. If the package is redirected to the wrong place due to an incorrectly entered postcode or telephone number, the cost of retransmitting the package will be charged to the customer. It is therefore important to check the information.
Shipping and delivery costs
Products are usually mailed in 1 to 3 business days. Please contact us if your order is in a hurry.
Mail usually takes 1-7 business days. There is a bulletin about exceptional delivery times on the front page of the e-commerce.

Returns
The consumer has the right to return unused products within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product (s). The returned product and product packaging must be in the same condition as when received.
The purchase price of products returned unused will be refunded in full. If the value of the order after return is less than € 50, the condition of no postage is no longer met and the merchant has the right to deduct postage from the amount to be returned. The online store has the right to charge an amount corresponding to the decrease in the value of the goods if the goods have substantially changed or the value has decreased.
A package that is not picked up is not a refund. Undelivered shipments will be subject to both shipping and return costs.
Return and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Defective products, incorrect deliveries
Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. If the package is damaged in the mail, a complaint must be made about the product to the post office immediately.
The merchant will reimburse the cost of returning defective or broken products.
